Trans Fat: this article looks fairly developed and somewhat controversial. It may be tricky to expand or improve. Cooperativity (mid): there are areas of this article that can be improved/expanded. It seems to be from a very technical perspective. The intro paragraph could be simplified and that information moved later. But I would ask about it on the talk page first.
