Speedy deletion nomination of User:AirHitAgency

A tag has been placed on User:AirHitAgency, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it is for posterity sake explaining what Air Hit Agency is about. Please explain to me under what criteria this notification came about. I've checked the pages suggested to check and I still do not see how it can be perceived as promotional. Thank you. --AirHitAgency (talk) 06:58, 29 November 2012 (UTC)

• Because Wikipedia does not want to make new contributors read too much advice, it does not explain as well as it might what it is not for, in particular that it is not a Myspace-type "noticeboard" site for people to "tell the world" about themselves and their own projects. Wikipedia considers that promotion and is extremely resistant to being used in that way.
