Firstly, you are not allowed to remove the infobox from the article at all. Any changes you make to the article, you still have to leave the infobox on it.

Secondly, a page should have a couple of photos on it, but a page should not have an endless trail of photos going on for days and days. We also have to think about issues of page design, and a page consisting of four or five short paragraphs of text, followed by miles and miles of empty whitespace because there's a stack of 20 or 30 photos going on and on and on and on well past the end of the body text before the page finally hits the bottom 15 minutes worth of scrolling later is not good design. If you want to add more than just one or two photos to the page, then you need to gallery them rather than simply stacking 30 thumbnails down the right side of the page.

Thirdly, the body text is not allowed to have offsite links to other websites, like the Sunset Lounge or Historic Northwest Rising, threaded into it: all links in the body text must be internal to Wikipedia, and if a thing doesn't have a Wikipedia article to link to then its name just doesn't get to be a link at all.

Fourthly, you are not allowed to leave the page sitting in redlinked categories that do not exist to have pages filed in them.

Wikipedia is not necessarily opposed to improvements, but you do need to be careful to ensure that you understand what constitutes improving the article and what doesn't. We still have principles of design that have to be followed, like the presence of the infobox and ensuring that the number of photos in the page is commensurate with the size of the page's text. Thanks, but unfortunately you are not helpful... I don't know what is the infobo. The corrected page has 3 pics and a lot of links that do not work. Wikipedia gives the option to add external links. The bottom line is that through such kind of decisions, Wikipedia is affecting the image of a whole neighborhood. AireWabiSabi (talk) 20:12, 23 September 2023 (UTC)

The infobox, funnily enough, would be thing in the article that literally begins with the word "infobox". And what kind of "help" are you expecting besides an explanation of the fact that we have rules that need to be followed? Bearcat (talk) 20:33, 23 September 2023 (UTC)

Bearcat, have you ever considered having a more compassionate approach in your way of communicating? I understand you may be very proficient in Wikipedia editing and moderating (among may things I am sure), this might be a pride point for you however, to the majority of the population this is foreign territory. Can you not assume good intent in this situation? Isn’t it clear that my mother is a well meaning individual, who sees this atrocious representation of our neighbourhood, took the time to take pictures of her community, and posted them on Wikipedia? Isn’t it understandable that she was discouraged when they were removed with no explanation or feedback? Shouldn't engagement in ones community and the willingness to contribute to Wikipedia be celebrated and encouraged in this increasingly individualistic and isolated society? Are we forgetting what Wikipedia and the internet was invented to do? All we want, is to get this page to accurately represent our neighbourhood and our community with the guidance of someone willing to help, instead of shutting us down.
