--Airgead 23:36, 23 July 2006 (UTC) Sure.. bring it on.Reply

Textbot 09:20, 25 July 2006 (UTC) well, I wanted to put the picture here, but it seems it has its own URL (!) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Karlsson_bottle.jpg#filelinks Enjoy ...Reply

--Airgead 23:45, 25 July 2006 (UTC)Thats one heck of a bottle! What capacity is it. It must be 5l or so by the looks of it. The would make a cool small fermenter...Reply

Textbot 07:48, 6 August 2006 (UTC) it's eleven litres ( about the same as a Spring Water home delivery container !).It's so unusual : among other things, I can't understand the use of it, as it's very hard to pour ! It's hard to imagine how it was cleaned too - I have no brush long enough myself, so I haven't brewed in it ( yet !),. So the origin is a mystery. But seeing it's from a small (fishing ?)port on the coast of Sweden, I wonder if maybe it was designed to go to sea on a local trawler with a few crew..the crate looks just like the old style wooden fish boxes!Reply
