editIf you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. 331dot (talk) 20:50, 18 February 2019 (UTC)Ajpalleschi (block log • active blocks • global blocks • autoblocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))

Request reason:
I have not made any edits for advertising or promotional purposes. I have edited some pages for accuracy, and I have posted a new article that is worthy of historical significance on the merits of the post. It is a very small business that has recently received recognition from the Governor of NH for its bicentennial. I intend to only make edits when I am informed about the subject, or can help with the grammar or code syntax.
Decline reason:
Procedural decline only; this request has been open for some time without discussion and has not persuaded someone else to take action. You are free to make another request. 331dot (talk) 11:20, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I have globally renamed APARTcreations to Ajpalleschi, and someone else will review your unblock request. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 21:21, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- What is your relationship with Tappan Chairs? 331dot (talk) 21:25, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- I am close friends (college roommates) with the current owner, therefore I have knowledge about the contents. I was not paid for posting this information. Ajpalleschi (talk) 21:38, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- I am not convinced that is the extent of your relationship. Someone else will review your request; to any reviewing admin, I can email the basis of my doubt upon request to avoid WP:OUTING. 331dot (talk) 21:49, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- Just to be proactive with this, that is the truth about my relationship with the owner. I presume that the basis of your doubt has to do with the fact that I build websites, and I have helped him with his website. I could list out dozens of websites that I have helped over the years for no money for friends and family. That's just what happens when you know something as valuable as web design. It would be the same if I was a car mechanic. I have no intention of taking money for posting to wikipedia for anyone, including Tappan Chairs. In fact, I stay as far away from the 'marketing' side of web design as is humanly possible. I prefer the design and development side. I understand you are just doing your due diligence, and I can appreciate that. I'm not sure I can prove the lack of a paying relationship, but what can I do to change your mind? Ajpalleschi (talk) 22:23, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- It isn't me that you need to convince, but the administrator that will actually review your request. If the reviewer sees merit in unblocking you, they may do so without further asking me. 331dot (talk) 22:33, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- Skeptical. Dlohcierekim (talk) 23:07, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- I guess the crux of the matter is TBAN on any subject with which this user has an outside connection. Clearly this is a case of WP:UPE and WP:COI. If this user's only purpose is to help out friends and people for whom they've built web pages and any other way of describing an off-wiki connection, then I won't be unblocking. Dlohcierekim (talk) 23:10, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- It is not my intention to just edit posts or create posts for people I help out with web pages. Your rules require we test edit before we get too far as an editor. I felt it I could be more helpful and more accurate editing items that I had actual knowledge about. I presume many other editors do the same thing.Ajpalleschi (talk) 23:26, 18 February 2019 (UTC)

Sorry, but confidential information I am not at liberty to disclose tells me otherwise. Please carefully consider what edits not connected with your clients you might make. You need to read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID. Dlohcierekim (talk) 00:12, 19 February 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
I understand that this block was made for a stated reason - me having a connection to the content of the mentioned post - and maintained for an unstated reason - which I believe is that a few smaller edits that I made were also made to a different article that I also have a connection with. In terms of the stated reason, I created the page for a combination of reasons. I have been curious about the Wikipedia editing process for several years, but never felt I had enough knowledge of a topic to post anything with confidence. In talking with a close friend, I stumbled upon what I felt was both a newsworthy topic and something I could claim enough knowledge of, that I could post about it with confidence. Yes, I have also helped this friend out professionally over the years, but only because I could. If I had a moving company, and a friend needed a moving truck, I would lend it out. I do the same with my computer skills. That doesn't mean I take money for it. I understand you are trying to be protective, but you are placing judgement without any knowledge of who I am as a person. Through the process of following all of the strict rules of being allowed to be a Wikipedia editor, again, trying to respect the process, I needed to make smaller edits on other posts for both experience and proof of skills. I felt very uncomfortable making edits on the suggested random articles, as I had no knowledge of those subject matters. While I could confidently make grammar edits, I did not feel comfortable making content related edits. So I figured I would search a little to see if there were subjects that I had knowledge about, so that my edits would be solid. Again, trying to keep with the spirit of Wikipedia in putting only true, vetted information out there. I found an existing page that referred to a family friend, who also happens to be a client of mine. I simply tried to make some edits based on my knowledge of that person. Again, I did not receive any money for this activity. It was simply an action taken on my own, trying to make knowledgeable content edits. I understand the strict rules about having connections to subject matter exist to maintain confidence in Wikipedia, but I was honestly trying to uphold the same level of integrity by only adding content that I knew to be true. I imagine many hopeful Wikipedia editors make the same earnest attempts, occasionally stepping too close to a conflict. I understand you are doing your best to interpret the rules of Wikipedia, and that you may still feel that I am unworthy to edit, however, I ask that you unblock my account, in hopes that I can prove your doubts wrong. Decline reason:
Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficiently convincing for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. — O Still Small Voice of Clam 18:36, 7 May 2019 (UTC)
