Paid editing - FYI
editHi Ajwoodle! You mentioned that you were commissioned to edit Frank Pommersheim. I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia's policy is that paid editors must disclose their status as such. Your edits were constructive and neutral, so there's no problem there. I just wanted you to know about the policy so that you could abide by it, especially if you plan to continue doing it. You can find info on disclosure at this link (at the bottom of #4). Keep up the good work and best of luck! Cheers! EvergreenFir (talk) 06:09, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you for the information EvergreenFir, I will keep this in mind with all future commissioned entries. Will the warnings & things be removed from the entry? I appreciate your time. 209.159.216.50 (talk) 06:12, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
- I'll remove the COI entry for now, but I must admit someone else might add it back. The article could use some more third party sources, but that's typical of biography articles like this. EvergreenFir (talk) 06:17, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
Thank you! I will look for more sources in the mean time and update it as I find them. Ajwoodle (talk) 06:19, 28 June 2014 (UTC)
