Request reason:
the person who blocked me engaged in an edit war and did not want facts confronting the page in question. he was warned an block without a time limit was wrong by another admin. he agreed, but then pointed out that i warned i would tell others what he's doing, so he reinstated the block forever. it has been years and he has been deleted now.
Decline reason:
This is not an appropriate summary of your own behaviour, which was the reason for the reinstatement of the indefinite block. Whether or not the admin who originally blocked you is still active is immaterial. I fully agree with Toddst1 that your behaviour was entirely inappropriate for a collaborative environment like Wikipedia, and it seems even years later your stance has not changed. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
