Footnotes tag

edit

I don't think you mean to put more footnotes, as there are plenty of footnotes in the article. I think you mean the [full citation needed] tag ({{full}}). Jeancey (talk) 18:26, 19 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism, such as the edit at Fahda bint Asi Al Shuraim, are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage newer editors. Please read Wikipedia:NOTVAND for more information on what is and is not considered vandalism. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 22:19, 24 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Translation of articles if you can

edit

It seems to me that you know Arabic and if it is possible for you to translate Shi'a Islam in Lebanon and Orthodox Christianity in Lebanon articles in similar way like the article about Sunni Islam in Lebanon. Thanks in advance.

Blouiodshear (talk) 02:00, 26 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • Hey... Well there aren't any articles about Shia Islam and Orthodox Christianity in Lebanon in the Arabic Wikipedia. I did find an article about Sunni Islam but the information there was translated from the English wiki. (It was created in May) Al-Mujahid Fi Sabil Allah (talk) 11:13, 26 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I wanted to say that if you can it will be a good idea to create Arabic versions of Shi'a Islam in Lebanon and Orthodox Christianity in Lebanon similar to the Arabic version that already exists for Sunni Islam in Lebanon.

Oh ... I'll see if I have time. Al-Mujahid Fi Sabil Allah (talk) 14:25, 27 June 2012 (UTC) Ok I created an article about Shi'a Islam in Lebanon in the Arabic Wikipedia. Al-Mujahid Fi Sabil Allah (talk) 15:06, 27 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

It seems you have busy lifestyle, that's why I tried to use machine translation to the article Orthodox Christianity in Lebanon ar:المسيحية الارثوذكسية في لبنان. It is not the best one but if you see mistakes can you please correct them.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sayyid, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Musawi (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
