Hi, Al,

Wikipedia has many resources for new editors to learn its policies, guidelines, and techniques. The main Help page is a good place to start. I'd also recommend the WP:NOT article, including subsections such as WP:NOT#OR, WP:NOTOPINION and WP:NOTRESUME, and the WP:FIRST article.

Please familiarize yourself with MOS:CAPS, to help you follow Wikipedia's preference to avoid the kind of unnecessary capitalization in some of your edits (e.g., in Close quarters combat and Political science).

In this edit of the voter apathy article, you probably didn't know what the "voting" template was when you changed it to a section heading, or that the lead section should not have a section heading. In such situations, before assuming that something unfamiliar (such as the use of the curly braces) is incorrect or immaterial, you can always research it first and change it later. Another helpful practice is to use the "Show preview" and "Show changes" buttons before using the "Save page" button; they give you different ways to review the effects of your edit before publishing it.

Thanks for informing me. I base my reasoning on English language standards of grammar. For example, all "titles" have each word's first "letter" capitalized, every time. Therefore, most titles with more than one word are grammatically incorrect if not capitalized. In addition, Close quarters combat" is missing a "hyphen" between "Close" and "quarters".
