There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
Adding reference to Wikipedia articles
editHello Albert Deccan! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding well-formatted references is easy.
- While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite". Click on it.
- Then click on "templates".
- Choose the most appropriate template and then fill all relevant details.
This will add a well-formatted reference, which will allow other people to see where you got your information from. You can read more about this at Help:Edit toolbar, or watch this video: File:RefTools.ogv. Thanks and regards. —DBigXrayᗙ 14:15, 5 November 2018 (UTC)
The article Dias Plot has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No evidence of any notability for this bus stop.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fram (talk) 08:40, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
Deletion process of Dias Plot article
editHi Fram,
http://www.pmpml.org this is reference and source website for the article and " " " FVW9+9M Pune, Maharashtra" " " is the Plus Code for the same you can check it on Google Maps. Albert Deccan (talk) 08:58, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
- Not every bus stop deserves an article. Wikipedia is WP:NOTYELLOWPAGE or an indiscriminate list of locations that exist. if there are reliable mainstream media talking in great detail about this subject, then you are welcome to add the sources and improve the article. Based on my search this is a run of the mill unimportant bus stop. Hence I have added a speedy deletion tag. --DBigXrayᗙ 12:42, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
editHi, just a suggestion, but as a rule it's a good idea to leave the Intro/Lead of an article alone - it's generally been very well thought out, and is a distillation/summary of the "body" of the article.
So, do you first edits/additions to the body.
Secondly, use the "Sandbox" feature to test out editing. In particular, you should not "sign" your edits with "~"s - that's just for comments in the Talk pages.
BTW ("by the way"), those two paragraphs in your User:Albert Deccan page "look funny" because you have started them with a space.
All the best,
Uplaoding image
editHi , I had to revert you as this is not the right way to add images to wikipedia. I understand that you have noble intentions and I support your efforts. Please use Wikipedia:Files for upload for adding that image and other such images in future. regards. --DBigXrayᗙ 15:22, 10 November 2018 (UTC)
