Computable Bayes

There is a lot of related and prior publications, much of which is discussed in Paul Vitanyi and ___'s monograph on Kolmogorov complexity. Can you provide a secondary source that states that this paper is a breakthrough? Maybe MathSciNet or Computing Reviews?
