Alcoholichamster 09:18, 25 October 2006 (UTC) but thanks if anyone unblocked me or anything, yeah. just thanks. Alcoholichamster 09:39, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

Block message:
User:Fredguy sock, vandalism
- Blocking administrator: not provided.
Decline reason: Due to persistent vandalism and multiple Wikipedia:Sock puppetry violations from this IP address, we will not be lifting any autoblock requests for new accounts in the near future. Please only edit Wikipedia at home for the time being. Sorry. -- Netsnipe ► 08:23, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
{{helpme}} Dude, I am at home. Like, half the city has the IP address, it's the biggest ADSL ISP in Adelaide. So, if the block isn't going to be lifted right now, will it be soon? and does that mean that everyone at that address will be banned for that time? Alcoholichamster 08:34, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
- The helpme tag is not the correct way to ask about this, as it alerts users who are here to help you with learning Wikipedia, not administrators who deal with IP blocks. This question would be better asked, in a polite way, on Netsnipe's talk page since he is the issuing administrator. --Skywolf 08:41, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
ok. cheers. and i wasnt trying to be rude or anything... Alcoholichamster 08:47, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
- If your IP address belongs to the biggest ADSL ISP in Adelaide, why does running WHOIS on it return "South Australian Centre for Manufacturing - Silicon Works Centre"? Thanks -- Netsnipe ► 13:37, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
