The article "Hamza El Moutadir" was viewed by an expert and he approved that it's not promotional. yet I get the new that my article is promotional and it's not even about myself, it just because a new author has showed up and everyone is talking about him, that's why we have managed as a team to create a wikipedia article about him since he's considered one of the youngest Moroccan writers who writes in English
