Wikipedia is not a live chat service

If you constantly spam questions, no one will be able to answer you. Questions about Wikipedia should be asked at the Help Desk.

As for your individual questions:

  • "how do i get my account confomed," "how i can know whether account is conformed or not," "how to get account conformation" - Accounts older than four days with ten edits are Autoconfirmed.
  • "how to upload a pic on page of a notable person," "how to insert pic in article," "pic dont upload in the article even if it is own work" - use Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard.
  • "how to eidt a page" - you have already edited Wikipedia:Reference_desk/Miscellaneous. It's the same function across the site.
  • "how to add references" - You use <ref>reference tags like this</ref>. See WP:CITE for more information, as well as WP:Identifying reliable sources.
  • "how to make article on notable person," "how to publish the article on wikipedia," "kindlly guide me for publishing the article" - use Wikipedia:Articles for creation. Be sure that you have reliable sources that are independent of the person but still about them, to satisfy the general notability requirement

If you are still having trouble uploading your article, use Wikipedia:Articles for creation or post it to User:Alice Wonder pekhwar/sandbox. Ian.thomson (talk) 23:35, 5 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
Ok, I see from your conversation with ColinFine that you were trying to write the article in Word. Articles do not use Word, they use the same edit window that you've been using to leave messages to everyone. Here's what to do:
1) Open the Word document you have.
2) Open User:Alice Wonder pekhwar/sandbox, and click "edit page."
3) Select all the text from the Word document. Copy the text. Do not copy the file, copy the text from the file.
4) Paste the text to User:Alice Wonder pekhwar/sandbox.
5) Click the "save page" at the bottom of the editing window (not the browser, not Word).
You will need to reformat it, but the actual text will be present and Wikipedia uses minimal formatting anyway. Ian.thomson (talk) 23:44, 5 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

sir Thomson i have submited the article in form of a draft can you read it now Hi Alice, if you are still having trouble, I strongly recommend going to this page and clicking the "Connect to the English Wikipedia Help Channel" button. This will take you to a chat room where you should be able to get some live assistance from an experienced editor. Someguy1221 (talk) 03:26, 6 December 2016 (UTC) sir thomson i have done with all these steps but now the main problem is i cant upload a picture to my article because they want license or own work how to do it if you want have taken it from google images its difficult to take own work for picture where as google image can be easly found so how to deal with this now ?Reply

Unless the image you find on Google images happens to be freely licence which is generally unlikely, the answer is you can't do so. No one said it's meant to be easy. Copyrights is something we take seriously here, so if you cannot accept the fact that everything you deal with here has to be appropriately licence, it's likely you don't belong. Note that although there are some limited excepts where WP:NFCC applies, they hardly ever apply to living individuals where the image is intended to show what they look like. In addition, to deal with NFCC you really need to read and understand what you're doing and neither of these seem to apply to you. Note that you would have found out all of this if you'd read the various links provided. Nil Einne (talk) 13:52, 6 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
