Alon12345, I have removed your RfA from the RfA page. Although there are no formal or even accepted informal guidelines for when a relatively new editor may seek adminship, it certainly is not reasonable to do so with your first-ever set of edits. I do not need to decide now whether you are out-of-touch with what Wikipedia adminship involves or whether you are deliberately trolling, though I have an opinion on the subject.

Your RfB nomination for Dennis Brown, without asking him if he is interested in seeking the position, is also inappropriate. If you continue making this sort of edit you may be blocked from editing. Newyorkbrad (talk) 00:42, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Hey, Alon12345, welcome to Wikipedia! I saw that you have made a request for adminship for yourself. That's fine; anyone at all is allowed to do so. However, the tools that come with adminship are pretty powerful, and so the community likes to see a lot of good work on Wikipedia before they'll trust a user with them. So, your request is almost certainly not going to succeed. Don't worry about it, though! It just takes time to build the kind of experience required to make that request. I've seen people recommend to wait until you have at least 3,000 edits before you make an adminship request, but most people that succeed have even higher counts than that; I had around 9,000 edits and a solid year of editing under my belt before I made mine. So, you might want to consider withdrawing your request, though you don't have to if you don't want.
