Please familiarize yourself with MOS:LEAD before commenting on other users talk page.

"As a general rule of thumb, a lead section should contain no more than four well-composed paragraphs and be carefully sourced as appropriate, although it is common for citations to appear in the body and not the lead."

In other words, if the body contains sourced information, a source in the lede is optional.

Because that page is not protected, why not be bold and fix it yourself? (Although if you are requesting that the file name be changed due to factual errors, there is a better chance to receive attention if you seek help at the talk page of WP:MAG.) However, in Wikipedia, editors are required to link most claims with a reliable source, and your edit to File talk:Juggs August 1981.jpg doesn't have any.
