Jet engine performance
editHi! Am I correct in making the educated guess that you're a co-creator of jet engine performance? It's a tremendous article, both in size and regarding information quality, but it needs dire attention to be elevated in terms of Wikipedia standards. I was wondering if we could undertake the project of converting images to SVGs, creating sub-articles for elaboration (and with that shorten the article down) and supply the article with references. Your wealth of knowledge must stem from written works, so this shouldn't be impossible.
All in all, right now the article is more of a manufacturer's notebook than a Wikipedia article, and I see the potential in it to integrate (but not merge, oh no) with Jet Engine. That article also suffers from being too long, but is otherwise not comparable to J.E.P. Do you have thoughts on the matter? I'll be dropping this note on the talkpages of some other names I saw on that history-page for J.E.P., hopefully the engineers can collaborate and help produce a more wiki-like article. :)
Proposed deletion of Jet engine performance
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article Jet engine performance, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Article is way over-long, too technical, inaccesible to average readers, and totally unsourced. No attempts made since article was created in July 2008 to add sources, or to de-technicalize the article
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Articles for deletion nomination of EF Education First
editI have nominated EF Education First, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/EF Education First. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for February 2
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Mojave Air and Space Port, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Las Vegas Story (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editHello, I'm Hulmem. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, General Electric GE90, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. hulmem (talk) 20:26, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of File:Cold Nozzle Map for turbofan with design fan tip pressure ratio 1.8.png
editThe file File:Cold Nozzle Map for turbofan with design fan tip pressure ratio 1.8.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
orphaned image, no encyclopedic use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:03, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
