editWelcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Lithium, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Favonian (talk) 19:27, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
The restoration of that comment was in error. My undo comment is: Deleting a self-admitted off-topic duplicate test edit from a new user that does not belong in this particular Talk section. The same text is correctly in the Reserves section later on in the Talk:Lithium page and serves no purpose to be restored in this Environmental issues section. Removal is consistent with Talk page guidelines for "Off-topic posts". AlternateCurrent (talk) 19:48, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
