Kindly help me in removing template I am declaring the I am not being paid for that article. Bdatech (talk) 06:04, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- It's probably best to join the discussion of your new article on its talk page. The tags will remain until the issues are resolved there. It's a decent effort for a first article, and nobody is threatening to delete it at this point. But there are a number of improvements needed and you seem to be in a good position to help make those improvements. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 07:56, 21 June 2018 (UTC)

I have created my first article Spandana Palli. Unknownly I made some mistakes in uploading her photo. I did alot of backgroud work and hard labour to make it better as it is my first article. A single mistake should be cause to deletion of page or raising multiple issues. Kindly help me to save me work.

- Not every subject can have a Wikipedia article (see WP:Notability). It's always painful to have the results of our hard work deleted but such is life here on Wikipedia. 78.28.45.127 (talk) 18:03, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- Then there is no place for beginner in wikipedia editor team. I had given my best to make it suitable to be on wikipedia, I read many beauty pageants wiki pages before creating it with a hope that I could able to write an article in wikipedia. I took Sana Dua as my reference for this suject. I hope this article will be improved instead of deletion. Am2623 (talk) 18:11, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- Some subjects simply don't qualify for a standalone article. It doesn't matter how good your article is; if the subject you chose to write about isn't notable by our standards, the page will always end up deleted/redirected/merged. If you decide to write another article, I'd recommend asking a more experienced editor whether the subject you want to write about meets Wikipedia's notability standards before you start; it can save you a lot of time and grief. 78.28.45.127 (talk) 18:50, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- You can check Sana Dua article. subject is also a beauty pageant. and also AFD but some experts supported that page and avoid deletion. I don't know Why you wanted my first article to be removed, instead I request you to kindly help me in improving this article. Am2623 (talk) 19:02, 21 June 2018 (UTC)

editWelcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Bdatech", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it is that of a website. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Using Google I found a website called "bdatech". 331dot (talk) 14:01, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
Hello Bdatech. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bdatech. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bdatech|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. Ian.thomson (talk) 16:06, 21 June 2018 (UTC)
- Also, you need to change your user name, as explained above. If you continue to take further actions without changing your user name and without disclosing your employer, you'll eventually end up blocked. Ian.thomson (talk) 16:06, 21 June 2018 (UTC)

Teahouse talkback: you've got messages!

- So, the suspicion that you are in some way associated with Palli is cleared, as is the issue of mis-use of a photo and your first choice of name. What remains is a consensus among the editors who participated is that Palli is not yet sufficiently notable by Wikipedia standards to merit an article. Note that of all the contestants in the 2018 contest, only the winner has an article. David notMD (talk) 12:04, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
