Followup from -en-help

See WP:FORBESCON for a bit more information. Basically, any "contributor" piece that wasn't published in Forbes' print version (and thus subjected to its editorial practises) or written by a known expert speaking about their field of experties is considered to be little more than an opinion piece.

Thanks for the quick reply :-) I am unsure if they are "known experts speaking about their field of expertise". Is this just a judgement call? or do you have any suggestions on how to define this? Amansaggu26 (talk) 18:09, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

Generally speaking, they should be known at the very least both nationally (if not internationally) and outside their field's community. The sort of person a layman would be able to identify by name and acknowledge as an expert in their field.
