That edit was the only one made from your account yesterday. However, you are responsible for edits made from your account and I suggest you don't leave your account logged in, change your password as soon as possible, don't tell your Browser to remember it, and advise your "friends" accordingly. You get the benefit of the considerable doubt on this occasion, because that edit was totally out of character. Whether you'll get it again after this advice, however, is debatable.
