Ambraelle
Welcome
editHello and welcome to editing Wikipedia and I hope you have a successful time contributing to this online encyclopaedia which anyone can contribute to at least that is to say anyone except people who are banned or blocked from editing because they are disruptive or unhelpful to the project to build the encyclopaedia but that doesn't happen to most editors and I don't expect it will happen to you and of course I sincerely hope it won't as I hope you will be a useful cooperative and constructive editor who gets on well here and I am constructing this sentence because I hope it will make you feel at home as it is the sort of thing that you like or at least you say so and who am I to doubt your word and I'm afraid I can't say welcome to you in Norwegian though my son might be able to as he knows some Norwegian well I suppose I could try to by using google translation but that would be very likely to produce an appalling result and anyway there's no point as you are fluent in English and I'm also posting some links to Wikipedia policies guidelines and information pages which may hep you to get going but don't try to read and learn everything in them at once because there's far too much there to take in but look and see if there are bits that are useful to you and of course you can always come back to them for more information in the future and I think this sentence beats yours by miles so ha ha I win. - Thank you very much:
- "Welcome to Wikipedia" in Norwegian would be "Velkommen til wikipedia" (pronounced something like "Well-Com-En Till Wikipedia"):
