QX39

edit

Hi there. I appreciate your corrections to the QX39 article. This article was written about the compound QX39 referenced in the patents. I was under the impression that the compound "CA" in the Cell paper is the same as "Compound A" in the 2020 patent, which corresponds to the compound QX39 in the 2015 patent. If the compound CA is in fact a different compound from the same series, please can you point me towards which compound it is? This is an interesting family of molecules, I will be happy to make a second article about CA if this is in fact a different compound. Meodipt (talk) 09:28, 11 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

I would prefer to communicate by email because this is not helping to make the changes timely and avoid confusion. NO THE COMPOUND IN THE CELL PAPER WAS NOT QX39 it was CA77.1. The structure is different and I don't know how to change it in the page. Please look in suppl. S7 and use that structure for this entry and PLEASE change the entry to CA77.1. We don't have any in vivo data published with QX39 and this is creating confusion with several companies contacting us about this misinformation. I tried replacing the structure but was not able. Please, if you can replace it go ahead, otherwise, please eliminate the box.
