Second off, RE: Bellarmine College Preparatory - I couldn't find evidence of Bellarmine either winning or losing meets prior to this year on the net, so I fired off a question to the San Jose Mercury News. If they have, I'm going to take the liberty of rewording and taking out the thing about Campo.

Third off, Your handle is totally awesome. That is all.

I'm interested to know why is so important to mention a loss to Campolindo in Bellarmine's athletics section. Since this is news it is not relevant or pertinent to the history of Bellarmine's athletics program. If this was a CCS championship there would be no debate but this is not the case here. If you look at De La Salle Football I doubt that it mentions the dates and losses since their "streak." The second paragraph makes no mention of a streak so your additions are useless. The BCP athletic's section details Bellarmine's championships not its win and losses during athletics seasons. Thanks. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.64.76.2 (talkcontribs) 01:59, April 24, 2006.

If the loss broke a long streak, then yes its notable. If it did not, then it should be removed as non-notable. I do not know the details of it, so I cannot comment either way. If you would please inform me of the details (with proof if possible) on my Talk page. Copysan 01:05, 25 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Nothing in the article asserts any type of notability. I suggest that you read WP:CORP and WP:N. Vegaswikian 05:22, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • Again I'll suggest that you read WP:CORP and WP:N. They provide suggestions on what your article would need to coontain to be kept. Vegaswikian 05:32, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
    • You do not need to create a 'good article' from the start. You do need to establish notability for the topic you are writing about. If you do that, it will not be removed. If the article does not make any assertions about its notability, then it will be deleted. In my personal opinion, the article you are proposing is going to be a problem.
