Hi Jordan, the problem is that I do not consider myself really an expert in the field. I have tried to convert the German article from a very poor state (on the dubious business pretending to achieve drying of walls by electroosmosis) to something that roughly describes the chemistry or physics - but I hoped that it would be easier to find an expert on this in the far larger English-language community!
