Request reason:
I consider your action completely unjustified and unfair. The article I have submitted is no different than a number of other articles about other companies, e.g. Leica Geosystmes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leica_Geosystems), American Technologies Network Corporation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Technologies_Network_Corporation), Bushnell Corporation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushnell_Corporation), Simmons & Company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simmons_%26_Company_International)- all direct competitors to Newcon Optik. I have explained my reasons to asked for an advice from the provious editor, but received no answer. If my article requires improvement above the level already accepted within wikipedia, please let me know. I hereby request unblocking and and returning the article.
Decline reason:
See below; we do not allow the use of Wikipedia for advertisement purposes. Please make another unblock request only if it includes an overview of the edits you would like to make which do not relate to your company. — Sandstein 21:41, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Those articles don't actually advertise the companies or products, but give information about them. From looking at the deleted version of the page, I can see that the page reads like WP:SPAM and because you are part of the company, or appear to be affiliated with it, you may also have a conflict of interest, therefore you are violating that policy by creating the article. Also, please read up on our notability guidelines. Hope this helps, The Helpful One 20:42, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

Request reason:
My article about Newcon fully follows the format, the language and the content example of the article about Bushnell already accepted into your site as much as I could, and with more hard verifiable facts. I strictly refered to the facts and expressed no opinions in full compliance with your policies. I maintain that deletion of my article about Newcon, as well as myself being blocked, was a mistake. I shall be gratefull to know what has to be changed in this article to meet your guidelines? Could you be specific rather than deleting and blocking at once? I have already asked about it one of the admins, but received no answer, hope Thehelpfulone can be helpful. Look agian at my history: I have written an article, it was called "advertisement" and deleted; I contacted the admin via email with proposed changes seeking his advice; I have received no answer and attempted to publish an improved version of the article that, IMHO, meets your guidelines and is very similar to what I can see among the already published articles; the new article was deleted, I was blocked (regardless of what your site says I can not even appeal other than writing here) and the IP is blocked too. This does not not seem to be fair to me. Thank you.
Decline reason:
The issue is that you have a clear conflict of interest in that you are writing about a company you have a connection to. As Wikipedia editors, we agree to avoid writing about topics that we have a direct connection to in this manner (us, our families, who we work for, people who have hired us). Both of your unblock requests have indicated that you continue to wish to edit articles about your company. As I can see no assurances that you intend to stop this, I see no reason to unblock you at this point. Please consider before making an unblock request, if you are willing to agree to stop writing about topics with which you have a conflict of interest. If you can assure the administrators of this site that you will stop this sort of editing, you may be allowed to continue to edit other articles, so long as those subjects do not violate our conflict of interest guidelines. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 18:43, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

The file File:Newcon Optik logo.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused logo with no article used, it's also can't move to commons because of an unused logo will be deleted as of out of project scope.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Willy1018 (talk) 11:18, 25 December 2018 (UTC)
