I have been noting the huge effort you have been putting in over the last few days to rewrite and improve the article about Aristides. I would be happy to help you improve your grammar and expression. I don't want to cause you any offence, but I believe that some of the material you have recently included in this article is poorly structured and could be expressed more clearly. However, I don't want to start changing things until you tell me that you have finished with your changes.

Plutarch

I have noticed that you are making heavy use of Plutarch as a source for articles on the ancient Athenian statesmen Solon and Aristides. Given that Plutarch was writing over half a millenium after his subjects were alive and he was not averse to either bending the facts or just plain making stuff up in order to make a point about morals or to draw a parallel with another famous person, I think you should use a little more caution when using his works as a source. Just because Plutarch says something happened does not mean it can go in the article as a fact. --Spondoolicks 20:21, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
