Re: reverting edits & notability
Hey.... Um nah the article is not about me.... i was scouring the net whilst bored one day and found that there was a james robinson surfing.. i then went and saw him compete in several competitions and have now published an article in surfing magazine tracks..... the name is just a coincidence
yo.... i dont have any internet links for the articles as i have written however i have the raw data.... the name has no link to me apart from being purely coincidentle —Preceding unsigned comment added by Robbo james (talk • contribs)

Canada / Referendums
In the description of my change of April 18, 2006 to the Canada page, where I changed "referenda" to "referendums", I referred to my explanation in the talk page.
This can be found in the section Plural of "Referendum" to use in section on Quebec seperatist movement. --thirty-seven 19:01, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
Old Skool Esperanzial note
Since this isn't the result of an AC meeting, I have decided to go Old Skool. This note is to remind you that the elections are taking place now and will end at 23:50 UTC on 2006-04-29. Please vote here. Thanks. --Celestianpower háblame 20:42, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
The Pain of Signatures
They've been too much of a trouble and I've almost given up on them by now. I entered that dreadful code back into "My Preferences," and yet it spewed out a raw code, yet again, insulting me with "invalid HTML tags"...so this is what I get:
<b><i><font style="background:black" color=silver>The Ninth Bright Shine</font><font style="background:black" color=silver>r</font></i></b> talk
Thanks for taking an interest in my fruitless attempt at a weird goal. I still don't see how everybody else does it...--The Ninth Bright Shiner 22:58, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

A short Esperanzial update
As you may have gathered, discussions have been raging for about a week on the Esperanza talk page as to the future direction of Esperanza. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter.
As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections.
Thanks and kind, Esperanzial regards, —Celestianpower háblame 16:00, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Please don't revert. I'm going to discuss it on the article's talk page. J 02:18, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of alumni of the University of British Columbia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. External Links
Hi Andrew, Thanks for your message and for pointing out that my additions of external links contravene Wikipedia's protocols. My apologies for breaking the rules. I'm sorry also that you'll have to spend your time taking the links down. Maybe I can help by removing them. Kind regards Dickandharry —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dickandharry (talk • contribs) 08:49, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Objections?
I've taken some time reading the policies you cited as reasons for removing the external links that I added to some entries but I can't see the problem. I'd be grateful if you could specify which sections of the policies you believe are contravened by the external links? Kind regards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dickandharry (talk • contribs) 15:32, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
