I realise that you do not edit Wikipedia often and so you might not see this for a while but when you do would you mind clarifying your upload of Commons:File:Skins US logo.png. You claim it as your own work yet it is the promotional logo for a tv show. Are you the person who designed the skins logo with the American flag? If you only found the logo online and uploaded it for use in Skins (North American TV series) then the licensing needs to be changed to reflect such as it would not be your "Own work" and you can not thus release the copyright on it.
