Simply put, your unblock request has been declined, and no further unblock requests will be considered. The attentions of four admins to a blatantly obvious sockpuppet are sufficient. Read User:Mangojuice/A letter to sockpuppets again, especially the part about how futile it is to try to "clear your name" in a circumstance like this. If you do create a new account, I expect you to make a clean break from the old one. Per WP:SOCK you will be blocked if it becomes obvious that you have created a new account.
