Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Anilraigupta. Hi Team, Would request you to share guidelines that need to be followed while creating a profile page. Also would like to know how to go about references while creating such a page. Also, I had a couple of more queries related to Anil Rai Gupta Wiki Page. Kindly let us know in case there are other ways to connect with Wikipedia volunteers for a quick resolution of queries.
