Welcome!

Hello, Annamarie Ursula, Welcome to Wikipedia!
I hope you like working here and want to continue. If you need help on how to name new articles, look at the Guide to Layout, and for help on formatting the pages visit the Manual of Style. If you need general help, look at Help and the FAQ, and if you can't find your answer there, check the Village Pump (for Wikipedia related questions) or the Reference Desk (for general questions). There's still more help at the Tutorial and the Policy Library. Also, don't forget to visit the Community Portal — and if you have any more questions after that, feel free to post them on my New-Users' Talk Page.

Here are some extra tips to help you get around Wikipedia:
  • If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills, try the Sandbox.
  • Click on the Edit button on a page, and look at how other editors did what they did.
  • Always give a short explanation of your edits in the edit-summary box.
  • You can sign your name using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. Always sign comments on Talk pages, never sign Articles.
  • You might want to add yourself to the New User Log
  • If your first language isn't English, try Wikipedia:Contributing to articles outside your native language
  • Full details on Wikipedia style can be found in the Manual of Style.

Happy editing!

The guidelines for disambiguation pages is that entries shouldn't contain links apart from the main one. I'm afraid that Wikipedia is a mass of policies and guidelines that have to be gradually picked up. Some of the links above should help, but we all continue to make mistakes, even after years here.

With regard to Maggie Nicols, I couldn't understand the final paragraph, and have commented it out; it may be that there's simply a word missing that would make it clear; could you take a look? Also, some sources for the article are needed (I'm afraid that I had to remove the link to the discography; when I checked it it tried to infect me with a virus). --Mel Etitis (Talk) 10:21, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks a lot for your careful work. -- Annamarie Ursula 12:34, 24 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hello again. The new link seems fine, and it allowed me to check one or two things. I still can't make out the last paragraph, though. I'll copy it to the Talk page, and perhaps we could go through it there. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 19:45, 24 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
