Does not appear to meet the WP:GNG. Clear COI issues as per the article's edit history and the main contributor has been blocked. Notwithstanding that, the sources used in the article are mostly routine coverage and/or self-published sources. Until Ifediora's career advances further and/or there is further coverage of his charitable foundation, I don't see a basis for an article.
