Per our policy on usernames at WP:NONSCRIPT, I am blocking this account. The use of characters outside of the Basic Multilingual Plane in usernames are generally prohibited. Even in creating this talk page with this notice to you, I had to be an administrator to do so. Non-administrators would never be able to edit your talk page. In fact, you might not be able to edit this page. Being able to communicate with you is critical for your success as a Wikipedian. I am therefore blocking this account.
