Anti-vandal work

I noticed you've been doing some anti-vandal work, as a couple of your reverts popped up on recent changes under "likely has problems". This is (I assume) because you're manually reverting and adding talk page warnings, though there is a much easier way of doing so if you do intend to keep doing so.

To start, you can enable Twinkle under your gadgets (if you haven't done so already). This gives you the "TW" dropdown on pages next to "More", allowing for things such as adding warnings/welcome templates to user pages automatically, as well as reporting to AIV/AN3/etc. along with useful automatic XfD/RM buttons for pages themselves. On top of Twinkle, you can use RedWarn for reverting and warning users. It does have some overlap with Twinkle, but it's (in my opinion) better for specifically reverting, even without rollbacker, because it has a ton of useful preset revert reasons, as well as the ability to automatically send warnings at each level to a user without even having to visit their page first unlike Twinkle. It also automatically appends Template:Shared IP advice to IP user warnings/reminders so you don't have to.

There's a ton of other useful scripts and gadgets you can experiment with on Wikipedia, so don't be afraid to try stuff to better your reading and editing experience. I hope to see you around! SmittenGalaxy | talk! 04:11, 10 November 2024 (UTC)

Thanks for the helpful advice! I appreciate the rundown on Twinkle and RedWarn. They are powerful tools for streamlining anti-vandal work. However, I’m actually not yet an autoconfirmed user; right now, as far as I know, I (unfortunately) have no access to those tools. I honestly didn't even know you weren't autoconfirmed; seeing accounts that are hitting triple digit edits before the 4 day mark is pretty uncommon, so I just assumed you were autoconfirmed. Carry on! SmittenGalaxy | talk! 06:18, 11 November 2024 (UTC)

Be careful with your reverts

You reverted an valid attempt at removing vandalism. A telltale sign is that the references are just numbers, like [1] instead of actual references. Remember, you are always fully responsible for any action performed and that IP editors are also humans. OhanaUnited^{Talk page} 21:52, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
