I believe it is not correct to state that the molecular targets are treated with 'chemo'therapy. The receptors are targeted by 'targeted' therapy, which is not chemo. So I believe the second sentence needs to be changed as it mentions chemo therapy and not targeted therapy: "This makes it more difficult to treat since most chemotherapies target one of the three receptors, so triple-negative cancers often require combination therapies.
