Legitimate and accurate are not in question. The person does exist. But please read this page which asserts what makes a musician notable by our standards. Sources must be extensive in their coverage. CD Baby is not a reliable source. Please read my dissertation on the sources in the article, and as to why they are not sufficient to establish notability. None of the songs he wrote were released as singles; none of his own works were reviewed by reputable works such as Allmusic, Billboard, Country Weekly, etc.; and the IBMA award mentioned went to the artist, not the writer.
