Hi, please take a look at WP:LEDE. There are standards for how the introduction to articles should be written - in particular they need to summarize important points and not be detailed descriptions of information that isn't presented late in the article. You should also think about undue weight. How much detail is appropriate on a 25 year old incident that didn't result in charges? Please remember that the goal here is to build an encyclopedia that is neutral - we're interested in providing a summary of the relevant facts as mainstream publications have reported them - not in promoting or attacking a particular group.
