It should obviously be the "orthodox" name for the creature. The accepted name for it in Japan is "New Nessie", which matches their uses of Isshii and Kusshii. I don't really have a problem with "Zuiyo Maru carcass"--if anything it's a good NPOV title--but I don't see it being widely used in English.
