editI have seen your comment on the Talk page at Lycos and would like to help. Can you please tell me more about what you are seeing and I can try and get it resolved for you? Do you have any help tickets that you can refer me to? Believe me that Tripod successfully signs up hundreds of free user accounts per day (and often many more), so if you are seeing a problem it is not a general problem and I would like to learn what the issue is.
