Cleanup tags on Mike Watt (writer)
editHi there. The reason I tagged this page with cleanup tags is because it doesn't meet the standards of quality in the Manual of Style on Wikipedia. Please don't remove these tags without explaining why or making the improvements. Some of these items have been addressed with your edits and mine, but there still are some things to work on. Please let me know if you have any questions. --Nsevs • Talk 17:29, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

And sry to disappoint. But we really haven't met. But if it helps your 'paranoia', your article was pointed out to me by an anonymous editor. If you'd like I can refer you to him/her if you truly believe you are being harrassed. In the meanwhile, calling me names in a foreign language or otherwise (I'm not sure what insult a lajjos? is supposed to be) is prohibited by Wiki. And it is clear by your own omission that you are indeed Mike Watts, the author and subject of the page. Such self-promotion is also prohibited by wiki standards and will be reported since you are using these pages to promote your agenda. If we do an IP check, which we can do at Wiki, we can probably discover that Archiehall, your anon IP address, and the new Mike Watt account are all connected. This is also prohibited by wiki, being that it is abuse. Poyoyloar (talk) 21:12, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
Mo' sockpuppets
editMike, You are obviously new to these parts. notice how you were admonished for your NEW personal attack against me? Yes, I'm refering to the NEW theDwaltzwriter account you just created. This is called sockpuppetry, which means creating phony accounts pretending to be different people when really the same person (you) are using accounts to further your own POV agenda. And the fact that somebody just happened to create theDwaltzwriter account to jump into an argument about deleting an account pretty much proves that you are manipulating multiple accounts to create a sense that a community (of one) is actually supporting this argument. This is very childish. I can guess what your next excuse is... that it is a friend of Ms. Best or Mr. Watts. That violation falls under meatpuppetry since getting your friends to create accounts to back a POV argument with the illusion of chance is an attempt to 'game' the system to support your argument. Fair warning: I will now report all your sockpuppet accounts. Hopefully, I'm wrong since I'd rather be wrong about this. If right, then this will create a harder time for you to justify the legitimacy of your Mike Watt article since it really is starting to look like you are trying to blantantly advertise yourself. Stop it
editMr. Mike Watt, you are now being childish. You know as well as I do that I'm not persecuting you. Your article has serious problems that multiple editors and administrators have pointed out. So it's not just me. And I truly hope that I am wrong about all of this. I don't like seeing anybody go down in flames. But you are taking this way too far. Mike, you are a journalist, right? This reminds me of something that Stephen Glass would do at the New Republic. And throwing a redherring my way by making me google another writer's name doesn't dispel the fact that all your accounts were created approximately the same time this edit war began. That, and you sloppily slip into personal arguments that you slying tried to backtrack by now suggesting that you ARE close friends to Mike Watt. Even then, if you cared to read Wiki policy, this is called Meatpuppetry. And creating/editing articles with a POV agenda for the person who is the subject of the article violates Wikipedia. But you already know this. And the fact that you ARE a journalist simply adds to the irony/insult. Please play fair.Poyoyloar (talk) 02:07, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
Sockpuppetry case
editYou have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/ArchieHall for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. I'm sure you knew this by now, but I wanted to make sure you have access to the notes in case you would like to comment. Best, Nsevs • Talk 11:46, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
Re: Persecution of my account by Poyoyloar
editHi, I received your message but am unfortunately quite busy right now - I am willing to help but I'll have to take a look at it tonight. ~~`
Clearly you are using sockpuppets
editYou are new around here, that's why you can't figure out why you were caught. You are using sockpuppets, or having your friends do so. It is obvious to anyone that reviews the case. You can stop pretending now. It's a waste of our time watching you play this game. Take responsibility since no one is buying your song and dance. Moving forward, please edit constructively.Tromatical (talk) 22:52, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
