Peer feedback
editHey Ariana!
Your article is great, I just made a few changes.
1. Make sure to include hyperlinks (I added them in for the people you mentioned i.e. Selena Gomez, Mindy Kaling, Amy Poehler, etc. 2. Add sources and citations for a lot of the information that you have mentioned 3. Re-word some things, as well as go over punctuation things — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aakanksha gupta (talk • contribs) 17:08, 18 December 2016 (UTC)
Article feedback
editYou've made a good start with the draft article in your sandbox. Please make sure that your work meets the basic requirements of a Wikipedia article before you move it to mainspace. Please review the sections on article layout in the Editing Wikipedia brochure (pages 7-9) and the checklist on page 15.
Some specific items to consider:
- Make sure your article adheres to the neutral point of view policy. In a few parts, especially the paragraph which begins "For $149 a year, you can become a member of the AWM..." have an overly promotional tone and could be reworded.
- The training module Sources and Citations will help you with proper format for footnotes and citations.
- Consider adding a relevant image to your article. You can use images from Wikimedia Commons or find images to upload yourself following the steps at the Finding images tutorial. See our module Contributing Images and Media Files for more information on how to properly find and use images on Wikipedia.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Rob (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:35, 23 December 2016 (UTC)
Ways to improve Alliance for Women in Media
editHi, I'm Devopam. Arianalopez, thanks for creating Alliance for Women in Media!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. The article is still not cleaned up. Please use WP:AFC workflow instead of directly moving the draft into article space.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Devopam (talk) 05:39, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
