"Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object." See WP:BLPPRIVACY for further details. As for you saying that "i am very much sure that she was born on 22nd november 1992", that is not acceptable because "Wikipedia does not publish original research. Its content is determined by previously published information rather than the beliefs or experiences of its editors." See WP:V for details.
