Appeal for creating a new page named List of Indian footballers played abroad
Hi Arnab, thanks for your continuous prolific edits on the page S.C. East Bengal. I'm just asking you is it possible to create a new page named List of Indian footballers played abroad ? I think this particular page should be created just because of it's suitability. I've gathered a lot of informations about all these footballers but I haven't created any new Wikipedia article yet. Thank you so much. Yogabrata (talk) 12:26, 19 October 2020 (UTC)
- Hello Yogabrata. Yes, it is possible to create a new article. Since this will be your first article, I will suggest making a draft first. Then submit it for creation. Draft:List of Indian footballers played abroad. Saha ❯❯❯ Stay safe 12:34, 19 October 2020 (UTC)

ATK Mohun Bagan FC
As we know that ATK Mohun Bagan FC is a new club we need a new article for it on wikipedia. As you are a very experienced editor i request you to look into this matter ASAP.
here i am listing all the sources that prove ATK Mohun Bagan FC is a new club and need a new article on wikipedia. 1.official merger announcement where it is clearly written that they will form a new club.
https://www.instagram.com/p/B7YWo5cpkcA/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
2.About section of ATKMB's facebook page claiming it is a new club.
https://m.facebook.com/pg/atkmohunbaganfc/about/?ref=page_internal&mt_nav=0
3.Interviews of directors and co-owners claiming it is a new club.
https://www.facebook.com/DigitalMediaIdeas/videos/288622845552479/ https://www.facebook.com/DigitalMediaIdeas/videos/738400133657162/
4.Goal.com,world's largest online football publication's report on how ATKMB can still play in AFC CUP being a new club.
5.A reputed media house NEWS18's article on ATKMB have no previous records and have to start from the zero.
6.Transfermarkt.com a reputed football related website having a new page for ATKMB with no previous records claiming its a brand new club.they still have two separate pages one for Mohun Bagan and one for ATK FC.
https://www.transfermarkt.co.in/atk-mohun-bagan-fc/transfers/verein/83266
7.'Hero ISL Champions 2019-20' is embroided on the jersey and training kits of ATKMB.it proves that history of ATK is a integral part of ATKMB.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EkNiJcIX0AASZEu?format=jpg&name=large
8.In the official website of Hero ISL ATK FC has been rebranded as ATKMB FC.
https://www.indiansuperleague.com/standings
9.RPSG Group's website where both the logos of ATK FC and Mohun Bagan AC has been removed and replaced with the new logo of ATKMB.if ATKMB is a rebranded version of Mohun Bagan then the logo of ATK FC should have been there as they still have the logo of Rising Pune Supergiant, their IPL team that is currently dissolved.
https://www.rpsg.in/business/rpsgsports
10.And also the Office address of ATKMB is Topsia not Maidan.
ATKMB does not pick any bid paper they are still using the old bid paper of ATK. when players like Roy,Prabir,Edu had signed for the club they termed it as 'extension' and when players like Sahil had signed for the club they termed it as 'new signing'. When the club itself claiming that ATKMB is a new club, when the owners and directors are claiming that ATKMB is a new club, when both Indian and foreign media houses are claiming that its a new club why wikipedia still does not have a separate article on ATK Mohun Bagan FC? It is my kind request to you that it is the right time to create a new article on ATK Mohun Bagan FC as Hero ISL is going to start in less than a month.

Your GA nomination of University of Calcutta
The article University of Calcutta you nominated as a good article has been placed on hold . The article is close to meeting the good article criteria, but there are some minor changes or clarifications needing to be addressed. If these are fixed within 7 days, the article will pass; otherwise it may fail. See Talk:University of Calcutta for issues which need to be addressed. Regarding EB and Pushpak
Arnab, here you need to rethink. I've warned the editor because of his last edits which were edit war. I don't understand why you gave him a final warning, and that too for vandalism (this was not vandalism, content dispute rather) when there is literally no edit after my warning. See what happens here. Next time he pursue such edit, what you will do, probably opt for ANI, what happens there?.. both of the users history will be checked, along with who have warned, this false warning will be enough for some admin to investigate on you rather than the reported users. So, brother remove that immediately before anyone reports anything. And for EB, you removed the citation from the infobox calling it Repcite. Fine, but you must add reference name to the citations already provided in the article at ownership section and add that to the infobox since the subject was critically challenged by the editor, that should always be kept for stability of the article. Drat8sub (talk) 16:28, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
- You already did before the comment. Nice. Cheers, but remove the warning, that can be problem for you. Drat8sub (talk) 16:33, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
- Drat8sub, I added vandalism as it was something intentionally done by the rival fans. Everything (name, ownership) have been clarified by ISL, media and the club itself. And this became a national sports media (little bit of international as some English sports media covered news related to EB) thing. Still, some new users like them intentionally do this for trolling and all. So, I think both edit warring and vandalism warning are perfect. A level 4 or 4im warning and then report. It's clear that they come for trolling/vandalising then indulge in an edit war. This never seemed like a genuine edit war happened as the other editor was new/unaware. If it was the case of Mohammedan and its investor, it was still understandable as it hardly got any media attention. Saha ❯❯❯ Stay safe 16:58, 28 October 2020 (UTC)

Recently I've been keeping a watch over Mohun Bagan A.C. page and been trying to keep it conflict-less and neutral. The page's previous protection has expired and since then new as well as anonymous users have been making disruptive edits.
