I work for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a new agency of the US Federal Government created in 2011. Because of how quickly we have grown and expanded over the last two years, the Wikipedia article about us has become outdated and incomplete. Another CFPB employee posted new (independently sourced) updated information on the talk page for our article, but we do not want to edit this into the article ourselves because of a conflict of interest.

- Thank you for your care in editing Wikipedia -- I wish more organizations took notice of our conflict of interest guidelines. The good news is that we have a system in place for these edits to be reviewed and implemented. Please visit edit requests for more information on how to get the suggested edit reviewed. —Darkwind (talk) 18:45, 11 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
