In case you are here to point out a mistake, please feel free to revert or correct it and leave a message. Please be nice and polite, and I will treat you the same.

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Kinesis money. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 16:17, 17 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for the feedback:, Cabayi . As an inexperienced editor, I appreciate it although I think being nice is also important. To clarify, I didn't remove other people's comments. I erroneously thought it would be ok to put the article back into draft space as it still needs a lot of work, as I explained on your user talk page. And the only comments that were on the talk page were mine at that point, so I'm also a bit confused why you think I'm trying to stifle discussion Again - I explained everything I was doing on your talk page. So maybe that was a mistake, but I'm not sure why you would think that means I'm trying to stop discussion from taking place. Ascv (talk) 13:03, 18 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
"or remove other people's comments" - it's a template message {{uw-afd2}} which covers both situations, removing comments (which you didn't do) and removing the notices (which you did).
You removed the deletion notice from the article - where the first line you deleted clearly said "Please do not remove or change this AfD message until the discussion has been closed". How would you expect anybody to know a discussion was happening if there's no link from the article to the discussion? That stifles discussion. Cabayi (talk) 13:25, 18 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Blockchain notification

edit
Please read this notification carefully, it contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

A community decision has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to the blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The details of these sanctions are described here. All pages that are broadly related to these topics are subject to a one revert per twenty-four hours restriction, as described here.

General sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here. Before continuing to edit pages in these topic areas, please familiarise yourself with the general sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

Your draft article, Draft:Em Satya

edit

Hello, Ascv. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Em Satya".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! HawkAussie (talk) 04:06, 21 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
