Spurious warning

edit

Hi. Got your message and was more than a little perplexed. A closer investigation reveals that we have both been the victims of a hoax. If you look at the histories of Cherry Hill, New Jersey and your own talk page you'll see that the reverting of the former and the warning to the latter were both issued by an anonymous IP user, 72.255.13.99. I never edit anonymously and at any rate the IP address belongs to a US provider whereas I live in Europe. In other words, this person has copied a warning, which I've issued to someone else (quite possibly our mutual "friend"), changed a couple of details and dumped it on your talk page. I'll report the incident to the administrators. Best regards, Favonian (talk) 07:36, 31 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you! M.Bitton (talk) 00:15, 3 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
