Hi Assist prof inter! The thread you created at the Wikipedia:Teahouse, First time trying to publish an article; was wondering how I can check on its progress within the submission pool, has been archived because there was no discussion for a few days.

You can still read the archived discussion. If you have follow-up questions, please create a new thread.

See also the help page about the archival process. The archival was done by Lowercase sigmabot III, and this notification was delivered by Muninnbot, both automated accounts. As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Assist prof inter, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Assist prof inter|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Theroadislong (talk) 00:21, 8 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi Theroadislong,
Thank you for helping me out thus far. I'm currently just an unpaid intern for a professor that wanted this article to be made, edited, and published. I do not receive any compensation, as of late, and do not plan to at least for the next few months. How/Where would I respond about this? To you? Or using the {{Paid}} form and disclosing that I'm unpaid? Apologies for the newbie ignorance and thanks again. Assist prof inter (talk) 00:33, 8 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
As far as I'm aware interns are considered to be paid editors so you need to make the required disclosure on your user page. Theroadislong (talk) 00:39, 8 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
