The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

edit

Recently you changed Jairus Aquino and Interwiki linked The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I wanted to let you know I have change that Interwiki link. I just thought I would share why, so that in the future you could avoid some of the very common mistake I see all the time, when it comes the name of the LDS Church.

Per MOS:LDS and WP:NCLDS, the name of the LDS Church in Utah, for all articles after the 1844 "Succession Crisis", is spelled and Interwiki link as "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints". Please notice that the letter D in "day" is not capitalized.--- ARTEST4ECHO(Talk) 16:49, 28 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Clarification

edit

(User talk:ARTEST4ECHO), I was modelling it on pages of other Latter-day Saints, and was unaware of that minute but important distinction. Thank you very much for the clarification; do you have any pointers on how I may avoid errors such as this in future?Athene Cheval (talk) 01:56, 29 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
