- Good morning. I understand the IP was blocked. But noticed that the Sylvain Charlebois page was changed again, and some false information was added, August 14. The person is likely a dairy farmer, since Charlebois is critical of supply management in Canada. It's been happening for years. Charlebois was never "removed" as Dean and is still at Dalhousie University and doing very well. Someone is still trying to damage Charlebois' reputation by suggesting the 2018 investigation led to his dismissal. The outcome of the investigation was in fact inconclusive.
